Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the LLM Wiki Tools website, applications, MCP integrations, and related services.

Effective April 22, 2026

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LLM Wiki Tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

The Service

LLM Wiki Tools lets users upload source materials, create and maintain knowledge bases, generate and edit wiki content, and connect external MCP clients such as Claude to interact with that content. Features may change over time, and we may add, remove, or modify functionality at our discretion.

Accounts

You may need an account to use some or all of the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it reasonably current.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload to or create with the service, subject to any rights needed for us to operate the product. By using LLM Wiki Tools, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, transmit, display, and modify your content only as necessary to provide and improve the service.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to upload and use your content, and that your content does not violate applicable law or the rights of others.

Authorized AI and MCP Access

If you connect Claude or another MCP client, you authorize that client to perform actions that the connection and product design allow, which may include reading, searching, creating, editing, or deleting content in your workspace. You are responsible for deciding whether to grant that access and for the instructions you give to connected clients.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to:

  • Violate law or infringe the rights of others.
  • Upload or distribute malware, abusive content, or material intended to disrupt the service.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to any account, system, or dataset.
  • Interfere with the normal operation, security, or integrity of the service.
  • Misrepresent your identity or use the service in a fraudulent or deceptive way.

Limits, Availability, and Changes

We may impose or adjust usage limits, storage limits, page-processing limits, rate limits, or feature restrictions. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We may suspend or discontinue parts of the service, including for maintenance, abuse prevention, or business reasons.

Open Source Notice

LLM Wiki Tools uses and adapts code from the open-source project lucasastorian/llmwiki. That project is distributed under the Apache-2.0 license. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under applicable open-source licenses for code released to you under those licenses.

Third-Party Services

The service depends on third-party providers for infrastructure and product functionality, including services used for authentication, storage, diagnostics, and some document-processing workflows. Your use of third-party tools or AI systems in connection with LLM Wiki Tools may also be governed by those providers' own terms and policies.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if we believe you have violated these Terms, created legal or security risk, or used the service in a way that could harm us, our users, or others. You may stop using the service at any time.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LLM Wiki Tools and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we do, we may update the effective date above and take other reasonable steps to notify users where appropriate. Your continued use of the service after the revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
